On Tuesday, CNN reports a Bahamian judge ruled that Larry Birkhead is the father of Anna Nicole Smith’s baby, Dannielynn. It was confirmed that the DNA test shows a 99.9 percent certainty. While Larry Birkhead says that he hopes to have custody of Dannielynn soon, Howard K.Stern, Smith’s lawyer and former companion, envies Birkhead. Also, the German Prince Frederick von Anhalt acted surprised of the results.

They mentioned that no criminal activity or “foul play” was involved and nobody was filed charges against. The medical examiner, Dr.Joshua Perper said that Anna Nicole was taking a variety of drugs including methadone, antidepressants and others; nine different prescription drugs were found in her blood and caused her death.

The former Playboy Playmate is finally resting in peace and in high style. Her coffin was covered in a pink rhinestone-studded blanket and she was extravagantly dressed in a designer gown. Her coffin was carried into Mount Horeb Baptist Church as hundreds of tourists and fans watched from behind. There were fewer than 100 guests at the service, Rock guitarist Slash, formerly of Guns N’ Roses was among the guest and country singer Joe Nichols performed two songs.

She died on the way to the hospital. Just a few months ago (last September), her son Daniel died suddenly in the Bahamas in what was believed to be a drug-related problem (methadone) shortly after Anna Nicole Smith gave birth to daughter Dannilynn Hope.
