It seems that Britney has no intention to get her kids back, once again, she failed to comply with the court’s order and lost her visitation rights with her children: “Petitioner’s (Britney’s) visitation with the minor children is suspended pending Petitioner’s compliance with the court orders.”
Britney can fight for her kids again on October 26 when she has to be back at court. Not much time for her to get her things straightened out!

It is final! Britney Spears loses custody of her two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James to her ex Kevin Federline. The court ruled today that Kevin Federline will get custody on Wednesday, October 3rd until further notice of the court.

The on and off going fight between Britney and Kevin of gaining custody of their children has finally reached an end. According to the testimony of Britney’s former bodyguard, Tony Baretto, Britney faces “nudity, drug and safety” problems and therefore will lose custody of her two children Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Not only Sienna Miller was found drunk and passing out, Britney’s ex-husband Kevin Federline was caught damn drunk in his car in L.A the other night. It seems that Kevin sitting in a $400.000 Lamborghini Murcielago Roadster next to his friend has the time of his life.

It is rumored and spreading the news that Britney Spears might have hired a hitman to get rid of Kevin Federline. There were sources in the FBI and LAPD claimed by ET Online and apparently confirmed that a contract was put on Federline. However, it is not certain if Britney Spears is involved in this, but Kevin was already contacted to warn him.

After firing her old assistent Shannon Funk (Lusthunt reported), Britney decided on getting a new manager, Jeff Kwatinez. Britney definitely could get some help parking her own car. While going shopping recently, she had some difficulties parking her car, she might have scratched the car next to her.

After their separation a year ago, Britney and Kevin finally got divorced. Spears lawyer Laura Wasser announced after the hearing on Monday: “They are divorced. Everything is finalized.” But still, a child custody and an alimony agreement was not officially released yet but remains sealed until the next hearing on August 14.
