However, they only spent 10.5 million buying it a few years ago. Courteney and David can’t find any explanation on why their residence appreciated over 23 million dollar.

Courteney however doesn’t put herself in a very smart position. One of her argument to sell the house: “I want to get rid of the house because I’m afraid that it will burn down during an enormous fire in California.”
