This time, she got lucky! The Simple Life star Nicole Richie has served only 82 minutes in jail for driving under the influence of drugs even though she was supposed to serve four days. Nicole checked into women’s jail at 3:15 pm and was released at 4:37pm apparently due to jail overcrowding! Her friend Lindsay will have to serve one day in jail, 10 days of community service and completing a drug treatment program.

It was apparently rumored that “Simple Life” star was spotted in front of a family planning center in West Hollywood with Joel Madden just recently. Hollywood star, Nicole Richie, broke down again during shooting the reality series “The Simple Life“. She was checked out and stabilized immediately. Later on, she was taken to the hospital. Apparently, she dehydrated because of not drinking enough fluid.
