Anna Nicole Smith will be buried in the Bahamas
Anna Nicole Smith, 39, died on Feb 8, 2007 and the cause is still unknown. Results from toxicology test will take another two weeks. Anna Nicole will be buried in the Bahamas beside her son, but Smith’s mother is appealing the decision and wants her daughter to be buried in Texas. Broward County Circuit Court Judge Larry Seidlin said the guardian, attorney Richard Milstein, had to consult with Smith’s mother Virgie Arthur, her companion Howard K.Stern and her ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead when he made his decision about where Smith would be buried. Birhead and Stern both claim to be Dannielynn’s father.
