Big nose job for Katie Holmes

Was this really necessary? Katie Holmes decided to go for a much elegant nose and underwent surgery. A few weeks ago her nose was still much wider and knobby in the middle part – now she showed up with a more elegant and slender nose in front of the camera. Was this surgery needed? She was the “sweet” Katie before, but does it make her more attractive?

    you know that whole face tilted to the side pouty look? The one that mary-kate and ashley are always doing, well when you do it with your face it really does make your nose look smaller.

    Yes, there is no doubt that she has had some work done. Almost everyone in Hollywood/and many singers etc. has the “bulbous” area of the nose chisselled down. She has also thinned it on the sides and had her chin chisselled a little to appear more symmetrical. Not a big deal……this stuff is very routine for actors.

    Tom Cruise NEEDS TO BE STOPPED! He has totally brainwashed this poor girl. How else can you explain the nose job. No one in their right mind would do that willingly.

    meh shes stupid. who would marry that tom cruise idiot? besides, she didnt even need it, she looked better before….her nose wasnt ugly nor large, it was well proportioned for her face. it looks too artificial to me now. stupid brainwashed wannabe.

    i think it doesnt look much different and i think it looked so much better before then now. also it doesnt make her look more attractive just done up it wasnt big if thats what she or her husband thought. and her little baby looks exactly like her is she going to do the same thing too.i think katie looked just fine before.

    I used to think Katie was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen…there was something real and tangible about her….but lately ….all i see is another hollywood artificial…a doll made to look human. before she was this incredible beauty…real…raw with a gorgeous natural flare…. it’s sad when beauties liike this perpetuate the hollywood ideal of uniform perfection…. it sucked katie in…. she was so blinded by the flashy bulbs of hollywood cameras, she couldn’t see that her ‘natural nose’ was part of what everyone loved about her…..now she is just an extra on Tom’s movie set of life.

    Totally agree with most of you. How far will this go? It’s insane!!! Someday, to have a small and thi nose wont be enough and people will go to the plastic surgeon to get a nose without bridge but with two imperceptible nostrils……the human being of the future!!!

    She was better before, sweeter, youthful. She didn’t need it!!!!

    I don’t see how this will possibly
    help Katie’s acting career.
    Before she was the ONLY one in Hollywood who looked like KATIE HOLMES.
    Now she has a more common appearance.

    There are three main differences in those two photos, and they have NOTHING to do with surgery. 1) In the “before” photo, she is wearing very little make-up, in the “after” shot she is fully made up, and that would include shading her nose, so it looks thinner.
    2)In the “after” shot, she is a little older and thinner, and that would make her overall appearence, and bone structure look different. 3) The “before” photo has been taken in natural daylight, as opposed to the “after” photo, where there’s a lot of flashing from cameras and artificial light on her face, which would make her nose look different. Come on,people – don’t buy into this rubbish, use your brains.

    She’s a famous actress married to a famous
    actor and they have a famous kid together..
    ..
    but I guess this wasn’t enough to convince her that *shhhhhh don’t tell anyone!!!!* she’s
    really a famous actress ….
