Courteney Cox and David Arquette ,is their house really 33.5 million worth?

Courteney Cox and husband David Arquette are trying to sell their beach house in Malibu for 33.5 million dollar. However, they only spent 10.5 million buying it a few years ago. Courteney and David can’t find any explanation on why their residence appreciated over 23 million dollar.

Courteney however doesn’t put herself in a very smart position. One of her argument to sell the house: “I want to get rid of the house because I’m afraid that it will burn down during an enormous fire in California.”
