Apparently, Hilary Duff, 19, found a new friend, or maybe lover? Hilary was spotted this past weekend in Miami Beach with Brody Jenner (Ex boyfriend of Nicole Richie). Together with sister Haylie, 22, it seemed they all had a good time on the beach.
