I believe everyone is beautiful inside and out but maybe plastic sugery is too much mabe she should explore her choices and be optimistic about herself i would go for any choice she makes

Kirstie lied about how much she weighed in the first place. I think she’s about 5’7″ or 5’8″ and said she was 220 pounds. At my heaviest I was 220 pounds at only 5’3″, and let me tell you, Kirstie appeared a LOT more overweight than I did! It’s a shame that she felt she had to lie about her starting weight, misleading many would-be dieters.

Good for Kirstie she is getting better media attention and does look much more attractive, but is probably still on the road to more success in losing the weight.

I dont think it is the bypass she is considering……she is probably considering having the excess skin from her weight loss removed….finish the job she has already started (and done fabulous on!).

I wish she does not have the gastric bypass because she is not that fat to have that surgery. Kirstie just stick with diet and exercise and you will be just fine. There are so many complications and side affects people have to go through after the procedure. Anyway but if you decided to have surgery, lab banding surgery is probably better because it is can be reversible. Good luck to you
