Lindsay Lohan who turns 21 on July 2, cancelled her birthday party who originally planned a great birthday party at the Las Vegas Club “Pure”. Instead, she prefers to celebrate her big day at the Promises rehab at a small get together with cake and coffee with her closest friends.
