Hope for Lindsay Lohan?

Just out of rehab, Lindsay Lohan was arrested yesterday for suspicion of driving under the influence. Apparently, some cocaine was found in her pants pocket, but she claimed that it was not hers. Yeah, right, as if we should believe that she is just an innocent girl! Will she be able to climb of this downward spiral?
