Nicole Richie, First hearing on February 21, 2007

Now it is clear that Nicole Richie was panicking about her driving consequences (Lusthunt reported). The first hearing is scheduled on February 21, 2007 at the Glendale Superior Court. Since she was already caught in 2003, this time the consequences could be much worse. The law says that if someone is caught driving under the influence during a period of 10 years, you can be charged with jail sentence between 90 days and 1 year and a big fine.
