Nicole Richie ,Going to Jail soon?
Nicole Richies’ hearing is scheduled soon. She was charged with driving under the influence (DUI) on December 11 after driving the wrong way along a Californian freeway. Nicole’s chances of a jail sentence are further increased because of a previous DUI charge in 2002.
An eyewitness reported that Nicole seems very scared and very unsure of her future and consequences while eating out at the restaurant Mr.Chow. She was chatting with girlfriend Paris Hilton about the possible consequences ending up in jail. At the moment she gets distracted from her new boyfriend Joel Madden who came back to Los Angeles with his band “Good Charlotte”. Pictures show him at his arrival in L.A.
