According to news reports Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are planning their wedding. The assumption that they will get engaged was reported a few weeks ago (Lusthunt reported). It appears that Joel asked her dad, Lionel Richie, for permission and he approved it. The wedding with only around 100 guests should take place at a luxury resort in Mexico.
