Ricky Martin buys new Mansion!

The Latino star, Ricky Martin, bought a new mansion in Miami Beach for 17,5 million dollar while trying to sell his old house for 16,9 million dollar. He formerly was planning to buy a bigger house in order to accommodate children from conflict areas, but with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, one Movie Theater, library, pool and guest house, this will be still big enough.

    People… this is simple. I dont know if it’s a rumor or not, but look at the pictures. Golden Beach is the only area where houses are beach front (anyone else only has bay). Let’s all team up and become Ricky’s neighbor – haha! JK. :) I hear he has 6 dogs… so watch out. :)

    I’m sure that house is in golden beach on Ocean Blvd. on the North end. I have not seen him, but I have heard from a number of people that he bought a house on the ocean. I have no idea about his orientation.

    Hey! I’ve seen the house too. I dont know if it’s his house though. I saw the house in the market on the web. Lucky Ricky – it’s an amaizing property. Public records show that the mailing address is in PR. So who knows. If anybody sees him around, please share with us. We wont stock – we promise.     Well – I was able to confirm it’s his house too! It’s no rumor. The mailing address on the property public records is the same that he list in his CDs for management/fan club mail (jaja – and mail for the property is c/o his brother!!!). Too funny! I think Ricky should hire me to cover his tracks better. Anyway – he probably hasn’t had time to enjoy the house yet – with all the touring. Maybe when the tour is over, we’ll get to see him around. It’s been fun solving the mistery with you all! Keep us in the loop if you see him (when/where).

I dont think anyone really cares how/why you found this site.     Me enamore por primera vez a los 12 años cuando vi a Quiquito en TV en el programa que pasaban los sabados en el canal 2. Fui el primer concierto en el que canto en el Centro de Bellas Artes y fui la unica niña que grito durante todo el concierto RICKY!!! (era el sustituto del otro Ricky y no era tan aclamado en aquel entonces) pero jamas lo he conocido. Imagino que el recordara que habia una niña loca gritando su nombre, ademas de un detalle… que solo se lo diria a el y que lo dejaria convencido que soy su primera fan.     I wonder if this was a good house valuationfor a property of this size. I wouldn’t have a clue as the mini apartments I’m on the lookout for are a slight contrast to most celeb homes. I would love to be in a situation where money was no object. But unlike some other celebs at least he got this mansion for good intentions to help others less fortunate and not just to bask in luxury.
