I wonder if this was a good house valuationfor a property of this size. I wouldn’t have a clue as the mini apartments I’m on the lookout for are a slight contrast to most celeb homes. I would love to be in a situation where money was no object. But unlike some other celebs at least he got this mansion for good intentions to help others less fortunate and not just to bask in luxury.

Hola!

Me enamore por primera vez a los 12 años cuando vi a Quiquito en TV en el programa que pasaban los sabados en el canal 2. Fui el primer concierto en el que canto en el Centro de Bellas Artes y fui la unica niña que grito durante todo el concierto RICKY!!! (era el sustituto del otro Ricky y no era tan aclamado en aquel entonces) pero jamas lo he conocido. Imagino que el recordara que habia una niña loca gritando su nombre, ademas de un detalle… que solo se lo diria a el y que lo dejaria convencido que soy su primera fan. Me encantaria tener la oportunidad de hablarle aunque sea solo 5 minutos sobre esa noche en el Centro de Bellas Artes cuando solo era una niña… mi e-mail es diannecast73@yahoo.com

I dont think he’s around there either. But, he does need a house in MIA (and the other house is on the market).

He has been seen in NY. I dont think he’s spending too much time in Miami. Seems he’s been traveling.

Maybe NY, maybe PR, maybe travelling.
